Rick Woods was born in Sarasota, raised in the St. Petersburg area for 25 years and now lives in South Tampa since 1995.  Rick obtained his real estate license in 1984.  Rick began his real estate career working alongside his father who was also a Realtor and Broker/owner of a real estate company.  Rick gained confidence, valuable knowledge and skills to become the preeminent real estate professional he is today.  Rick also held a Mortgage Broker License for 15 years giving him an in-depth understanding of real estate financing.  Being a native of the Tampa Bay area gives Rick a comprehensive understanding about neighborhoods throughout Hillsborough & Pinellas counties. Rick has built a reputation for client satisfaction, and is devoted to making your move a first-rate experience. After I had been given an opportunity to retire from my 30 year medical career as a pharmacist. I decided to  pursue my passion for real estate. I have participated in many aspects or real estate over the years, such as investing in rental properties, designing and implementing extensive property renovations, and assisting my partner over the years in his real estate business. I thought now was the perfect opportunity to pursue my passion of helping people with one of their largest investments of their life. Utilizing my past experience with attention to detail, integrity of my work, educating and helping clients over my career.
